I can't help thinking there must be a story behind the the little motel-that-could down there on the southeast corner of Harbor/Katella... that something must have happened between the Disney Company and the owners since, it just seems Disney would've wanted that last bit of land by now.

Some people don't need to sell what they have just because somebody with a lot of money wants to buy it. Such is the case here. Look how long it took to buy the strawberry field.
